Compound Planning, a self-described digital family office created via acquisition in 2023, added seven new advisors in the second half of 2025 and the first part of 2026, accounting for $795 million in collective assets.
In the second half of 2025, Compound recruited Tony Golden as a wealth advisor in New York. Golden joins from Merrill Lynch, where he spent the last 15 years.
Wendy Jankowski joined Compound as senior wealth advisor and portfolio manager after founding and leading her own RIA, Wealth Architects LLC. She splits her time between Long Island, N.Y., and Florida.
Compound also added Tim Couture as a wealth advisor in the Boston area. Couture was recently an advisor with First Citizens.
Scott Weigel joined the firm as a wealth advisor in Boca Raton, Fla., from Mercer Global Advisors.
In 2026, Marcel Pfister came on board from Silicon Valley Bank. He serves as a principal wealth advisor in Philadelphia.
This year, Compound added two senior wealth advisors from Maia Wealth, an RIA headquartered in Denver, including Jack McCaddon in Littleton, Colo. and Adam Coleman in Raleigh, N.C.
In addition to the advisors, Compound also announced several executive hires, including Akin Adekeye as general counsel. He joins from Crown Legal Advisors.
Jessica Faaborg, a former senior compliance officer at Facet, has been appointed chief compliance officer.
Martin Malloy has also joined the senior leadership team as head of content. He previously led content and brand at fintech companies, including Secfi, Affirm, and Wealth.com.

These hires give us the team to keep delivering on that vision as we grow.”
This follows news in October that Compound elevated Farman-Farmaian to the role of sole CEO. Farman-Farmaian, who co-founded the firm alongside Christian Haigh, had been serving as Haigh’s co-CEO of the firm since March. Haigh has transitioned to the roles of executive chairman and president.
The firm now has over 100 employees, including over 50 advisors, and $4 billion in assets under management.
With corporate headquarters in New York City, all Compound advisors work remotely from locations around the country. New advisors are hired as W-2 employees and adopt Compound branding.
In September, Compound launched Activity Monitor, the firm’s AI-powered operating system for advisors. The system provides Compound advisors with a centralized platform to manage their book of business and automate more administrative tasks.
