Dirty French Steakhouse comes to Brickell, Miami, with its Parisian Flair

The menu combines the finest meat and fish sourced from the world’s most esteemed purveyors with French influences and an irresistible flair for bold flavors.

The MFG Co-Founders Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone, and chef Rich Torrisi breathe new life into the storied genre while remaining true to their history. “Dirty French feels instantly iconic. Design

The entry to Dirty French Steakhouse is through the “Jungle Bar,” a lush lounge draped in a custom tropical leaf pattern, a heroic onyx bar with a true gold-leafed ceiling, and a striking Murano glass leaf chandelier. There’s an intimate dining parlor with a deep palette and private nooks of aubergine velvet wingback banquettes. Made for late nights and endless rounds of champagne, this dining area boasts a rug designed by Ken Fulk Inc in collaboration with Pierre Frey. This custom piece features a risqué pattern mimicked by the room’s rainbow Venini glass chandeliers. Completing the aesthetic of the private dining area, charming service captains decked in custom-designed pink tuxedos present a range of celebratory dishes prepared tableside and an intoxicating spirit of sophisticated decadence. “After making this paradise home, we realized that there was a tremendous opportunity to bring a sensational steakhouse to Brickell in true MFG fashion—a sophisticated, contemporary, high-energy culinary blockbuster fit for the most exciting city in the world today. Culinary

Dirty French Steakhouse boasts an expansive menu of Prime Aged Steaks, like Filet Mignon, Ribeye, and New York Strip, and a 40-ounce Porterhouse and a Wagyu Tomahawk. The restaurant also offers the quintessential American seafood entrées, like a delicate Bass Citron with a Thai Basil Pistou and Chops & Birds. Complementing these steakhouse essentials are innovative takes on classic French preparations, including a Dover Sole Meunière to share served tableside and the best Duck à l’Orange in the country.

The Hors d’Oeuvres, or appetizers, include an array of dishes like Lobster Ravioli with Sauce Nantua; Giant Grilled Oysters “Bourguignon”; Tuna Tartare with Bird’s Eye Chili and Crepe Indochine; Dirty French’s famed Mushroom Millefeuille with Green Curry and Peas; and an ethereal, impossibly crisp Crab Cake Croustillant with Butterball Potatoes and Cayenne. Finally, the Dirty French’s spit-roasted Prime Rib follows the technique MFG perfected at The Grill in New York City. For Dessert, expect soufflés from MFG’s celebrated pastry chef Stephanie Prida from their stunning souffle program. There’s also an impressive 700-plus-bottle wine list for guests to try out. 

The Dirty French Steakhouse opened its doors on April 29th in the former Morton’s The Steakhouse space at 1200 Brickell Avenue.
