The Springs Presents Walk of Fear
The Springs (224 Franklin St in Greenpoint) launched an immersive haunted experience called Walk of Fear, open now through October 31st on Friday & Saturday from 6pm – Midnight, and Sunday – Thursday from 6pm – 11pm. Expect ominous lighting, creepy vignettes and entertainment that will leave you thirsty for The Springs’ new fall cocktails. Cost of entry is one drink minimum per person. Vashtie Presents: 1992 Halloween Party at Schimanski
Vashtie is bringing her iconic 1992 Party to Schimanski in Brooklyn (54 N 11th Street) for a 90’s Halloween beginning at 9pm. Don’t be afraid to visit NYC’s biggest and scariest weekly market, Grand Bazaar NYC (100 W 77th Street), as is transforms for Halloween into a “Scary Bazaar” on Sunday, October 27th from 10am-5:30pm. Get your scare on and expect to be greeted by creepy crawly and ghostly decorations, and explore the 140+ spooky vendors – many in costume – indoors and outdoors. There will be a fantastic selection of scary sweet treats from artisanal food vendors to celebrate one of the most fun days of the Bazaar. Tomorrowland and DEG Presents: Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike – Garden of Madness
As the Halloween events come to an end, kick-off November with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, in partnership with Tomorrowland, as they bring their famed Garden of Madness spectacle to the United States for an exclusive one-off show at The New York Expo Center on Saturday, November 2nd at 9pm. Co-produced by DEG Presents as part of their Fearhouse event series, this debut U.S. edition of Garden of Madness will be the Belgian brothers only event of its type in the country in 2019. There’s a $1000 Cash Prize at Zeppelin Hall’s Halloween Party
Zeppelin Hall in Jersey City will host a Halloween party on Saturday, October 26th with a costume contest worth dressing up for. Top prize will take home $1,000 in cold, hard cash. Prices will drop on drinks by a dollar a day at Roof at Park South (125 E 27th Street) beginning on Tuesday, October 22nd for Avion 44 and Avion Anejo Margaritas, Rose and frozen drinks. Canned beers and Hot Toddies, made with Bookers or Hakushu will decrease by $1 every day from 10/27 until Halloween, which is when prices will hit rock bottom with $6 Margaritas, $5 Rose, $3 canned beers and $8 Hot Toddies. That means, Roof at Park South will be one of the most affordable ways to spend 10/31. From 5pm to midnight, stop by for dirt cheap drinks to pour one out for the roof’s killer 2019 run. And like any great Halloween villain, they’ll be back next year.
