Integrated Adds Kansas-Based Advisors With $300M From Keating

Integrated Partners, a CPA-focused hybrid RIA and office of supervisory jurisdiction of LPL Financial with over $23.8 billion in client assets, has recruited Pisces Wealth, a Lawrence, Kan.-based practice with about $300 million in assets under management. Hillside Wealth is also joining Integrated as part of the transition.
Pisces is led by founders Greg Hill and James Norton, while Hillside is led by Greg’s son, Josh Hill, who manages about $30 million in client assets. Pisces and Hillside will remain separate entities, under one operating structure. All three advisors join Integrated from Keating Financial Advisory Services, an RIA that broke away from Raymond James over the summer.
Keating, based in Manhattan, Kan., had been with Raymond James for approximately 26 years and had a strong relationship. However, the predominantly fee-only group, which had grown to approximately $2 billion in AUM, felt it had the scale and composition to go independent.
Greg Hill started at Keating in the late 1990s, while Norton joined in 2007. The two built a partnership over the years, establishing Pisces in 2020. They provide financial planning and investment guidance to individuals and families.
They were attracted to Integrated’s culture and value-add services, including its ultra-high-net-worth support, advanced planning resources, investment management capabilities and CPA Alliance, its accounting firm partnership model.
“From day one, our goal has been to create a more structured and intentional planning experience,” Norton said in a statement. “Integrated’s comprehensive support and CPA Alliance give us the infrastructure to deliver that vision at scale, while staying true to who we are as a firm.”
The two practices are joining Integrated as fee-only businesses, and Integrated President Andree Mohr said the firm is seeing a lot of traction in the RIA-only model, which it has had since 2017.
“As we’re attracting newer advisors, a lot of those advisors already are fee-only, and that is because the nature of the advisor is really focused on high-net-worth clients, business owners, and more complex planning,” she said. “And a lot of those advisors went RIA-only years ago, and now they’re looking for a partner that understands and is in alignment with their goals and objectives for their business and their end clients, and has the expertise to support them in their future growth.”
This follows Integrated’s addition last week of Guilford, Conn.-based Fair Street Advisors, a team with more than $233 million in AUM.
Employee-owned Integrated was founded 30 years ago by founder and CEO Paul Saganey, who elevated Mohr to president in 2024.
Saganey and team have grown the firm through a CPA Alliance model, which includes more than 250 CPA partners. The Waltham, Mass.-based RIA added nearly $2 billion in new advisory relationships in 2025.
Integrated will focus on three key initiatives in 2026, Mohr said.
“We’re really leaning into our organic growth initiatives—how we help advisors move upmarket by partnering with CPAs, but also how we leverage a lot of the initiatives we do within our CPA program to help our advisors build better processes to get referrals from their existing clients,” she said. “It’s also our planning approach. When advisors get access to those more complex clients, it helps to build their confidence because they know they have access to a team that can help them close those clients.”
Lastly, the firm will focus on development, helping advisors hone their craft and stay ahead of changes in technology and artificial intelligence. It will also prioritize the development of teams through operational enhancements and leveraging technology and AI.
“As we head into 2026, we’ll continue to focus on those three key themes because they are driving a lot of results for us.”
